On June 8, 2025, the Rev. Dr. Elaine Ellis Thomas presided over her last service at All Saints Episcopal Parish. We thank her for many years of dedicated service to our community. Pastor Elaine rebuilt our congregation, our facilities, and our financial health. Today, we are a diverse and growing community of young adults, families, and seniors! POSITION OPEN: EPISCOPAL PRIEST-IN-CHARGE, FULL TIME
Position Summary:
We seek to call a Priest-in-Charge (three year appointment with option to be elected Rector).
Skill sets and gifts required:
Lead and inspire a diverse, educated, and thoughtful congregation with energy and vision
Partner effectively with our capable Vestry to sustain stability and foster growth
Be a collaborative and organized administrator, able to delegate and mobilize volunteers
Serve as a compassionate pastor who is present and caring across all ages and life stages
Deliver sermons that engage and move both adults and children
Foster inclusivity and model open-minded, flexible leadership
Embrace and elevate music as a central part of worship life
Strengthen our outreach and social justice work by connecting with local leaders and organizations
Support and develop ministries that serve the homeless, marginalized, low-income individuals, and the elderly
SALARY/ BENEFITS/ LEAVE
Base stipend $85,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience
Provided rectory (2,182 sq. ft. stand-alone house with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and parking)

Health insurance, including dental and vision
Housing Equity
Time for spiritual retreat
One month of vacation a year, to include 5 Sundays, plus one other Sunday per year
Clergy is eligible for 3 months of sabbatical leave for every 5 years of parish ministry, for the purpose of renewal, study, travel, and continued spiritual growth
1 week a year (in addition to vacation time) for continuing education and career development
